Fitting Your Holster
ALWAYS TEST YOUR HOLSTER FOR PROPER FIT WITH AN UNLOADED FIREARM BEFORE PLACING A LOADED FIREARM IN THE HOLSTER
Superstition Concealment holsters are precision formed to tight tolerances and are only compatible with the specific make and model(s) it was manufactured for. It is common for firearm manufacturers to make frequent design changes and for users to make aftermarket modifications to their firearms, even the smallest of which can negatively impact the fit and safety of your holster. Due to the range of tolerances on pistols we cannot guarantee the retention is set perfectly “out of the box”, but it is user-adjustable via the two screws near the trigger guard (or light, if equipped). Once the desired configuration and retention is achieved it is strongly recommended you apply some of the included thread locker to all the fasteners to prevent them from loosening over time.
It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to initially and periodically check the holster and related hardware for proper fit and function. Should your holster become loose, worn, defective, or otherwise ill-fitting DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Maintaining your holster
To clean your holster, wipe inside and out with a damp towel. Dirty holsters accelerate cosmetic wear on your firearm, but even clean holsters will eventually wear most finishes. This wear is normal for all holsters of any material.
WARRANTY
There’s a lot of jargon that follows, but the core of our warranty is pretty simple: If you have an issue with your Superstition Concealment holster, we want to help. It doesn’t matter if you’re the first owner or the tenth – whether you lost a screw, broke a belt clip, or even cracked the shell, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
Superstition Concealment warrants the products it manufactures to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product, by repair/replacement upon receipt and inspection of the product. Cosmetic defects resulting from use, misuse, or wear and tear, are not covered. User modifications render this warranty null and void. We can only warranty our work, not yours.
Superstition Concealment makes no other warranties express, implied, or statutory including without limitation any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. In no event shall Superstition Concealment be liable for any punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, anticipated or lost profits, incidental damages, loss of time, or other indirect losses or expenses that arise from any cause relating to the product, regardless of the form of the action, whether in tort (including negligence), contract, strict liability or otherwise, and regardless of whether Superstition Concealment has been advised of the possibility of such consequential damages.
SHIPPING
All products are shipped via USPS with tracking information provided to the customer. Once shipped, Superstition Concealment is in no way liable or responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen goods. All such claims should be addressed to USPS.
RETURNS
Returns are only accepted with prior authorization (contact us!), in like new condition with all the hardware and contents of the original package, and within 30 days of the invoice date. Returns that meet this criteria are eligible for a full refund, minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Products that have been damaged or modified in any way are not returnable.
