I spent 6 years on the retail side of the industry in stores that mostly treated holsters as an optional accessory rather than a critical safety item. When I needed a holster I couldn’t buy off the shelf, I turned to a custom holster shop. Customer service was non-existent, wait time was several weeks, and the holster I received left so much to be desired.
I knew every step of that process could be done better, and in 2020 I set out to prove it.
